- রিফান্ডের পরিমাণ পণ্যের অ্যাক্টিভেশন তারিখ, ব্যবহারের সময়কাল ও ব্যবহারের অবস্থার ওপর নির্ভর করে পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে। পণ্য অ্যাক্টিভেট ও ব্যবহারের পর রিফান্ডের পরিমাণ সেই অনুযায়ী সমন্বয় করা হতে পারে।
- মনের পরিবর্তন বা ভুল করে অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে সাধারণত রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য নয়।
৭. ভুলবশত অন্য প্রোডাক্ট অর্ডার করলে তা পরিবর্তনের (Exchange) সুযোগ আছে কি?
